Tenancy Management
From burst pipes to broken down boilers, there are all sorts of issues that can affect your employee's wellbeing during their tenancy. And these issues can undo the good work you've done settling them in to their new home, leaving them feeling frustrated and isolated. By supporting your employee with ongoing Tenancy Management, RSS are able to provide advice and guidance on how to handle any situation which might arise during the tenancy, leaving them free to focus on succeeding in their role, rather than dramas at home.
Someone to turn to, always
Your employee will be introduced to their dedicated Tenancy Manager, who is available by phone and email. The Tenancy Manager is able to help liaise between the relevant parties during emergency situations, or for any ongoing issues. We aim to resolve any reported issue with minimal disruption to your employee, as quickly as possible. Your employee's dedicated RSS Tenancy Manager provides ongoing property-related assistance throughout the duration of the tenancy.
How it works, at a glance…
Whatever the issue with their home, all your employee needs to do is grab the phone or drop us a quick email and we'll get to work sorting it out.
If there are any repairs required, we'll help to determine if this is the responsibility of the employee or the landlord (based on the tenancy agreement).
If your landlord is responsible for making repairs, we’ll contact them on the employee’s behalf and ask them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We’ll then keep the employee updated as we hear of the progress of the repairs.
If the employee is responsible for any repairs, we can help make arrangements for any contractor to attend, including help obtaining quotations if this is required.
We also provide full support for any queries the employee may have on the terms of their tenancy agreement or any other home related queries at all that arise during the tenancy.
