Home Finding
Home Finding (also referred to as Home Search) is often the most exciting part of the corporate relocation for an employee and their family.
We recommend to start the Home Finding process with an Area Orientation, to ensure that your employee only spends their valuable time looking for properties in areas which are going to suit their requirements.
We will conduct a briefing call to introduce the Home Finding service to your employee and discuss their requirements in detail. If additional services are to be provided these will be discussed during the briefing call too.
Where possible, we will arrange for the same Area Specialist who supported your employee during their Area Orientation to also support your employee with their Home Finding as they will already have developed a good understanding of your employee's preferences.
Our Area Specialist will set up viewings for the employees, and prepare an itinerary of between eight and ten properties to visit during the Home Finding day. On the day of the Home Finding, our Area Specialist will collect your employee and attend the property viewings with them.
Our Specialists will share their extensive local knowledge and experience, providing advice and guidance to your employee, ensuring that the best possible offer is put forward.
After placing the offer, we will continue to support your employee by overseeing the negotiations and preparation of the paperwork and tenancy agreement. We are able to support your employee with any questions throughout the rental process, including arranging the check in and handover of the keys.

Research the lettings market and arrange viewings at properties matching the specified criteria. The itinerary for the Home Search is provided the day before the scheduled viewings
RSS Area Specialist to collect the employee (and family, if they are joining) from their hotel or office
Full day accompanied Home Finding
Support in placing offer to letting agents (including negotiation of rental amount and term of tenancy)
Drop back off at the hotel or office at the end of the day
RSS Account Manager to progress offer, support with paperwork and tenancy agreement
Provide guidance throughout the referencing process
Arrange the check in (key handover).
