All corporate relocations are different, and at Relocation Support Services we fully understand that the individual, and their family are at the heart of each move. Our team have created a comprehensive range of services covering all aspects of a relocation, ensuring we can offer employees the level of support they need during each relocation. We tailor our services and support around each of the employees we work with, ensuring they receive a service bespoke to them.
Ensuring your employees are well supported during their relocation means they can keep focus on the more important aspects of relocating, bedding themselves in their new role without worrying about the difficulties and differences in moving to a new location.
Our team of experienced relocation experts are ideally placed to help your employees at each stage of their move, with in-house expertise to support throughout the whole process. Your employee will be paired with one of our experienced consultants who will oversee the whole process.
We will also work with you to produce an individual Service Level Agreement, so that you’ll know exactly where you are with us. We will monitor our performance throughout the project, to ensure we are meeting your targets and you’re ultimately happy with the service.
Our Services
Area Orientation
Our Area Orientation Day, or “Preview Trip”, prepares employees for their relocation by helping familiarise them with the location they will be moving to. A comprehensive and fully bespoke programme is arranged where the employee spends the day benefiting from the expertise of one of our local area specialists.
Home Finding
Our bespoke home finding service is delivered by in-house experts to help employees find their ideal home, help navigate local rental practices, and create an individual itinerary of property viewings. Taking the difficulty and time commitments out of the home finding process for employees allows them to enjoy finding a new home, without any of the difficulties.
Settling-In Services
Our Settling-In service will ensure the relocation of your employees is quick and effortless as they adapt to their new location. By working with your employees, we help familiarise them with their new location and organise all necessary registrations and applications, we can also reduce any unnecessary administration and allow your employees to be productive in their new role immediately.
Departure Services
Relocation Support Services’ Departure Service supports your employees at the end of their assignment, removing the administrative burden from the company and employee, while allowing them to concentrate on remaining productive in their ongoing role.
Education Support
We’re pleased to offer in-house educational support for employees’ families, providing unbiased help and advice on the state, private or international schools available in the host location. Here at Relocation Support Services, we will provide guidance on the admission system and produce a bespoke itinerary of educational options which best suit your employees’ dependants.
Tenancy Management
Our outstanding Tenancy Management Service provides a high-level of support to employees throughout their tenancy in the host country, giving a single point-of-contact to help facilitate settling-in and any ongoing issues throughout their assignment.
