Alternatively, we can visit you at home which also gives us a good overview of your lifestyle.
We will register your requirements with all the relevant estate agents and stay in contact with them along with any developers, private sellers and other contacts. This way we are able to ascertain what is available at any given time and constantly be made aware of new options. Our approach is proactive from beginning to end.
Once we have ascertained the most likely contenders based on your brief, we will conduct previews and submit a report to you.
Accompanied viewings will be arranged for the most promising properties from these previews. A property can be chosen in this way in just one day - or even in a morning or afternoon! Our service doesn't stop there though. If you are not ready to make an offer, we will continue to scour the market and further advise.
We will source relevant data and information in order to build a negotiating strategy. Our aim is to secure for you the best deal possible.
