Relocation doesn’t have to be across borders to need expert support.
We offer a variety of packages for domestic corporate relocations, and can also adapt these to create a bespoke service. Whichever package you choose comes with the same key benefit: a seamless and stress-free relocation.
FreeStyle
Every move is different, so some packages may have elements that are not applicable to you. Our Freestyle Package allows your employee to use blocks of a relocation consultant’s time to their best advantage. This is available in eight-hour blocks.
The Standard Registration Package includes completing the Needs Assessment, arranging removal quotes, arranging an independent mortgage consultant to meet with the employee, and registering details with estate agents.
The Registration Plus Package includes all the above, with the added benefit of arranging three local estate agents to value the current property, and taking care of the utilities at both ends of the move.

Purchase Packages
We offer three property purchase packages. Basic Purchase is similar to the Standard Registration Package however we will also arrange up to fifteen property viewings, With the Assisted Purchase package, we arrange an itinerary for a day of viewings accompanied by one of our Relocation Consultants. Purchase Plus offers an extremely high level of assistance: we help with the negotiation, act as a liaison between all parties involved with the purchase, and arrange the connection and transfer of all utilities. We also supply an information pack about the area.

Marketing Assistance and Guaranteed Sales Price Scheme

Rental Package
Not every move involves a purchase. We offer a comprehensive rental property relocation package, which includes completing the Needs Assessment, organising quotes, arranging unaccompanied or accompanied viewings, negotiating with agents/landlords, connecting and transferring all utilities, checking the inventory and providing a welcoming information pack about the area.
