Homesearch Packages
Executive Home Search is a package suitable for an individual or a couple without children. We have our initial discussion with the individual, and complete a needs assessment. We search the target area for suitable properties, conduct a day of accompanied viewings, and negotiate rental terms and liaise between the various bodies. We also supply a relocation pack and refer the employee on to associated relocation services such as insurers, banks, quarantine providers etc.
We make sure the new property is ready: everything from mains electricity to a checked inventory to a well-stocked fridge. Perhaps most importantly, we are there to provide a personal welcome when the employee arrives. Family Options
For families with children, we recommend Family Home Search: this includes everything from the Executive Home Search package plus an individually organised settling in programme with one of our relocation consultants. We also offer three Educational Packages depending upon whether schooling requirements are International, Private or State.
