How we work
We work to suit you. We are flexible, and can adapt to suit your business needs.
Firstly, we’ll talk with you to establish what your relocation requirements are. We can provide a tailored package to suit you and your employee, and importantly, to suit your budget. It’s up to you which of our many services you use.
Some clients prefer to hand over the whole process to us, knowing that they are in safe hands. Others will choose a few options from our service portfolio. If this is the case, we will work in partnership with your HR team and support your company through the process.
At the early stage, we work together to agree our Service Level Agreement. You will know exactly where you are with us: we appreciate that you have objectives and targets to meet, and we want to enable you to achieve them. We will then make contact with your employee, assign them their own Relocation Consultant, and go ahead with managing the relocation process.
Of course, you’ll want to keep in touch, if only to reassure yourself that all is progressing well. Your Client Account Manager will send regular updates, maintaining contact with you throughout, and answering any additional queries you may have.
