Firstly, we work with you to build up a profile of your needs. We like detail, so please tell us everything. If you think you have complicated requirements don’t worry – no request has ever fazed us!
Your Client Account Manager and Consultant will be with you from this stage right through to the house-warming party and even beyond that if you like. Your Relocation Consultant is a property expert, familiar with the process from start to finish – trust them, they have done it before!
When you’ve chosen your new home, we can negotiate terms with property agents or landlords, whether you are renting or buying, ensure the services and utilities are in place. In short, we take care of all those time-consuming aspects involved in finding a new property - whether that is in a new city or even country.
After the move, we’ll keep in touch, to make sure you and your family are settling in well, and to help with anything else. From advising on broadband providers to finding a good dentist or au-pair, we are there if you need us.
