FAQ'S

Who will I be dealing with during the move?
You will have a dedicated Relocation Consultant, who is there for every stage of your move. There is also the Client Account Manager who liaises with your company and will be your secondary contact.

What if I forget to tell you something?

Not a problem. Hopefully our initial work on your requirements will pick up everything you need, however if something comes up at a later stage, simply call your Relocation Consultant or Client Account Manager.

How do you know which properties I will like?

You will complete an online needs assessment which your Relocation Consultant will analyse and discuss with you, talking through budgets, and areas. Then we’ll use our extensive experience and local knowledge to match your requirements. We’ll spend as much time as you need visiting properties with you or on your behalf. You can trust us: we’ve found many an ideal home since 1995.

What about my family and pets?

Finding a good school is the number one priority on many of our clients’ lists. We can research local schools and arrange visits for you. For younger children, we can do the same for nurseries, or even help you find a nanny or au pair. We can also advise you on what local facilities there are for families, so you can hit the ground running – and dancing, swimming, riding, skateboarding, sailing...

We are aware of how important pets are for many of our clients, and can help with kennels/catteries, specialist pet transporters, stabling and livery, vets etc


What happens after the move?

We offer a settling in service, so are still on hand should you need us. It is entirely up to you whether you take advantage of this option.

What happens if we need a service you don’t provide?

Well, we’ll certainly thank you for raising it – many of our existing services are in direct response to client requests. Then, we’ll provide the service for you!
